Campus Cooking: Bits of the Best from Goucher 1972
Named contributors, largely alumnae, faculty and staff of Goucher College including their occupation or graduation year, Goucher is an expensive, (at the time, it’s now co-ed) woman’s liberal arts college in Towson, Maryland. The proceeds were to be donated to the Goucher College Scholarship Fund.
Illustrations on the dividers. Good variety of dishes, some local favorites like Crab Imperial and dishes from other regions like Brown Bread (Boston) and Armadillo Sausage.
