A Taste of Vashon: A Community Cookbook to Benefit Vashon-YMCA Pre-School Daycare undated
Proceeds from the book went toward funding the YMCA childcare facility on Vashon Island, Washington. They thank local businesses for collecting the recipes and Alessandra Critelli for the illustrations. There are no illustrations or photographs or pictures of any kind.
There does seem to be a focus on fresh and local ingredients in the recipes.
The book is printed on unusual, tan paper and has an index where the table of contents normally would be that does not contain page numbers. The dividers have quotes or headnotes from the recipes. The recipes are not credited but occasionally the recipe name includes a first name or business name.
