I love a single subject cookbook! The contributors are largely blueberry farmers but there is also a blueberry pageant winner contributor and a few people whose affiliation is unknown. The farmers are all listed with their farm’s name.
Unsurprisingly the recipes tend to the sweet and desserts but there are a lot of savory recipes as well. Many blueberry soup recipes are included!
Some of the recipes sneak in some tips like Foster Green (Frierson, LA)’s Blueberry Fritters warn to “never try to double this recipe”.
