Cook Book compiled by the Ways and Means Committee of the Steel Valley Crusaders Citizens Band Radio Club 1979
My favorite books are ones from very niche groups so I was happy to find one from a citizens band radio club! How ’70s! Imagine my delight when the contributors were not only named but tagged with what has to be their radio handle.
Nothing too out there recipe-wise but there were two recipes for homemade noodles and one called for “egg shells of water” which I have never seen before.
There are some recipes that mention areas outside of Ohio like Kentucky and West Virginia so it is possible the group had a fairly widespread membership. The Hawaiian recipe I think it just because of the pineapple and not an actual geographical indicator.
Only stock footage and a generic cover but there are a few local ads.
